Craig has spent over 25 years at the cutting edge of Technology and IT recruitment in a broad range of industries including Financial Services and Biotechnology.
He is passionate about building high performing, innovative teams for his clients, and acts as a trusted talent advisor to some of the world's largest and most forward thinking orgasations.
Craig is a native of Melbourne and can be often be found sampling from her never-ending cup, be it enjoying the footy or soaking up the arts. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children growing into young adults. You'll see him unwinding at his local jiu jitsu gym, or catching up with friends.
Elan Yang
Head of Solutions & Strategy | Co-Founder
Elan's multi-hyphenated career has seen him hold Senior Management positions across a number of industries from Management Consulting, Recruitment, and (strangely enough) Fashion and has taken him across three continents. Throughout his career journey, Elan's core focus has always been helping organisations grow and scale for the future by finding and implementing innovative business solutions.
Elan studied a Bachelor of Laws and then went on to work with and eventually advise a diverse range of clients, from large public sector organisations to ASX200 and Fortune 500 companies in business transformation and design, strategy, specialised recruitment and workforce planning.
After Co-Founding Saltus, Elan's mission is to equip organisations and individuals with the tools to thrive in today's rapidly changing world of work.
Outside of office hours you'll probably find Elan at his local tennis courts, and he occasionally travels the world looking for new and exotic snacks.
Meera Rastogi

Meera has had a truly dynamic career spanning over two decades and marked by senior roles across a diverse range of sectors including IT, consulting, and recruitment, all enriched by her hands-on experiences in Australia and across Asia. With a steadfast dedication to excellence, Meera has consistently driven her teams and clients towards peak performance and groundbreaking success.
Having worked with household names such as HP, Capgemini and The Adecco Group, Meera has fine-tuned the art of talent acquisition and management, especially in high-growth tech environments. Her strategic vision is supported by a pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges—whether scaling tech teams globally or implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
As a Managing Partner at Saltus Group, Meera brings her passion for empowering businesses and individuals to navigate and thrive in transformative times. Her goal is to meld her deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology to redefine how talent strategy supports business innovation and growth.
Outside of work, Meera loves spending time with her kids and enjoying all of the arts and cuisine that Melbourne has to offer.
